Monaco Vacation Rentals

This was our third or fourth time staying at the Monaco property. It is a great location and always clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the day after we arrived we returned to our room around dinner hour to find a leak in the ceiling. Within minutes Andre arrived at our door to investigate the situation and almost immediately had found a similar unit that was available. He assisted us with relocating while the issue could be investigated as it was not something that could be resolved that night. Within a couple of days, we were notified that the damage was more extensive than initially expected and that our unit wouldn’t be able to repaired as quickly as had been hoped. Arrangements were made to move us into another unit for the duration of our stay. We were upgraded from our studio apartment to a 2 bedroom unit and again, Andre was there to help with relocating/moving our belongings. Despite the inconvenience the leak created, the situation was handled as well as anyone could hope for and the upgrade was very much appreciated. We had a great time, enjoying the heated pool (the weather was still unseasonably cool so the ocean was pretty chilly) and everything at the property was great. We’ll happily come back again in the future.

Great stay at Monaco! The room was very clean and had really fun decorations. Amenities were great - living room area and kitchen were spacious. The location was so nice because it was just north of the busy part of Clearwater Beach with way more space on the beach itself and a quieter neighborhood. The property was well kept and we were grateful to have the beach chairs to use.

Location! Location! Perfect spot for this spotless rental. 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance from the beach. Catch the gorgeous sunset. Great bars/ restaurants. The unit is super clean and has beach towels/regular towels. 2 great tvs! One in the living room and 1 in bedroom. The whole unit is super clean. Would definitely come here again! Just wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have enjoyed the pool!

Clean, modern, and perfectly located. Easy parking made arrival and departure stress-free—I could literally feel the stress leaving my body when we checked in. The hotel is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from the noisier areas, yet just a short walk to a less crowded beach. Chic décor, very comfortable bed and couch, and everything was spotless. Great amenities, including complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas (first come, first served). Antoni was proactive with assistance and communication, which really enhanced our stay. Quick drive or Uber to excellent restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We also passed very nice-looking pickleball courts and play areas for kids nearby. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the proximity to the beach (2 min walk at most). Super clean. Loved the updated place. Great value! Pool was great for lounging after a fun day.

We were enchanted with the Monaco’s fun terrazzo floors fluid to its chic retro beach mood, short walk to the gorgeous beach,our excellently cleaned room,the warmhearted staff including Austin;who went above and beyond when the power went out.He put our food on ice and delivered it to our room. Complimentary washer and dryer including laundry detergent was an over the top amenity. The host was always responsive. We had a great stay at The Monaco at Clearwater Beach!

I rented a room at the Monaco during February 2026 for 5 days. It was very cold for many of those days, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay nonetheless. The room was clean and perfectly-sized for me. (My room was somewhat on the smaller-side, but they have different sized rooms I guess depending on the size of your party.) The TV had Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube TV, which were great on those cold days and nights! The property's greatest upsides for me were its location and its price per night. The location was amazing. The hotel is less than a 2-minute walk to the beach, there are so many amazing bars and restaurants less than a 10-minute walk away (and some less than a minute walk, lol). The price relative to other hotels in the area was great too--very cheap, but without sacrificing quality. The room I stayed in opened-out to a shared outdoor area that contained a pool, which must be great in the summer, but while I was there, went unused because it was so cold. I think this place is great for large groups and solo travelers alike. The owners of the establishment were professional and proactive. He always communicated in advance to let me know of any issues or updates. I definitely recommend visiting Clearwater Beach in general, and staying at the Monaco in particular!

I had a nice time staying here. The room and bathroom were very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in your apartment. Plenty of towels and beach towels were supplied. Wifi worked flawlessly. I needed an iron and it had one. Great communication from owner. One & half blocks from beach. Great neighborhood tavern next door. Shops, restaurants and more all walking distance from unit. Plenty of parking as well. I'll be back on my next business trip.
